Convoluted Pump Connector Bellows

A pump connector bellows is a short convoluted section fitted between a pump's suction or discharge nozzle and the connected piping, isolating pump-induced vibration and absorbing minor misalignment so neither is transmitted into the rigid pipe run.

How it works

Pumps vibrate; rigid piping doesn't want to. A short flexible connector breaks that direct mechanical path, protecting both the pump nozzle and the downstream piping from fatigue caused by transmitted vibration.

  • Isolates pump-induced vibration from connected piping
  • Absorbs minor angular and lateral misalignment at the nozzle
  • Short length compared to standard expansion joints
  • Sized to the pump's specific nozzle diameter and duty
