Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 July 2026. This policy applies to umabellows.com.

What we collect

When you use the Request a Quote form on this site, your browser opens an email addressed to contact@umabellows.com containing the name, company, email address, phone number, product interest, and message you entered. That information is sent directly to our email inbox — it does not pass through or get stored on a third-party server, because this site does not use a third-party form backend.

If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email directly, we receive whatever information you choose to share through that channel.

How we use it

Information you submit is used only to respond to your enquiry — to prepare a quotation, answer a technical question, or follow up on a project. We do not sell or share your contact details with third parties, and we do not use it for marketing you haven't asked for.

Cookies & analytics

This site does not currently set tracking cookies or run third-party analytics. If that changes, this policy will be updated to disclose what's collected and why.

Data retention

Enquiry correspondence is retained as part of our normal business email records for as long as needed to service the relationship and meet our accounting and legal obligations.

Contact

Questions about this policy or a request to have your information removed can be sent to contact@umabellows.com or +91 70697 71940.

Governing law
